White Chocolate Crisps Recipe

Ingredients You Need:
1 c Butter flavor Crisco shortening
3/4 c Lightly packed brown sugar
1/2 c Granulated sugar
1 Egg
2 tb Milk
1 1/2 ts Vanilla
1 3/4 c Wheat & oat flour or all-purpose flour
1 ts Baking soda
1/2 ts Salt
6 Squares Baker's white chocolate coarsely chopped
1 1/2 c Crisp rice cereal
How To Prepare:
Cream shortening, sugars, egg, milk and vanilla in large bowl on medium speed of electric mixer until light and creamy. Combine flour, baking soda and salt. Add to creamed mixture, beating at low speed until blended. Stir in chocolate and cereal. Mix well. Drop dough by heaping spoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheet, leaving room for spreading. Bake at 375F for 8-10 minutes, or until light golden.
